The expansion chamber adopts a unique circular water channel structure, which maximizes the efficiency of external heating. It has fast cooling and heating, reducing preheating time by 70% compared to traditional jacket structures during production, and fundamentally eliminating the worry of water vapor leakage. The overall wear-resistant sleeve lining process used in the expansion chamber also significantly reduces the cost of using vulnerable parts of the equipment. The wear-resistant sleeve adopts a unique bimetallic composite process, and the contact surface with the material is smooth like a mirror, with a hardness comparable to diamond.
