The YGM series extruder is a special micro-pellet extrusion developed by our company in collaboration with a Japanese funded special aquatic feed enterprise in Shandong through several experiments conducted between 2012 and 2013. It has obtained multiple national patents!
The main features of the extruder are as follows:
1. The patented material continuous supply system ensures stable and smooth production of the extruder, and the continuous entry of materials is crucial.
2.The extrusion chamber adopts a unique circular water channel structure, which maximizes the efficiency of external heating. It has fast cooling and heating function. When producing floating feeds, preheating time is reduced by 85% compared to traditional jacket structures. When producing sinking feeds, the chamber temperature can be quickly reduced from around 100 ℃ to around 80 ℃ within 2 minutes.Moreover, it fundamentally eliminates the concern of water steam leakage.
3.The wear-resistant sleeve lining process used in the extrusion chamber also significantly reduces the cost of using vulnerable parts of the equipment. The wear-resistant sleeve adopts a unique bimetallic "hot melt" composite process, and the contact surface with the material is smooth like a mirror, with a hardness comparable to diamond.
