As time moves forward and a new chapter unfolds, the Annual Commendation Conference of Yangong Machinery's Beijing Headquarters has successfully convened. All colleagues gathered together to review the diligent endeavors of the past year and jointly inaugurate a new chapter for the coming year. All colleagues gathered together to review the diligent endeavors of the past year and jointly inaugurate a new chapter for the coming year. In his address, General Manager Yang Xi extended sincere gratitude to all staff and offered heartfelt New Year greetings.
CEO Yang spoke highly of the hard work of all departments over the past year. He stated that in the face of a complex market environment, the steady development of YangGong Machinery is inseparable from the striving for perfection of the production department, the dedicated commitment of the service team, the efforts of the technical backbones to overcome difficulties, and more importantly, the joint efforts of every colleague. Subsequently, Dr. Li, General Gao of the Production Department, and the leaders of the Procurement Department and Parts Department delivered summary speeches one after another.
This was followed by the highly anticipated award ceremony. The "Production Stars", who upheld quality and repeatedly set records on the production line; the "Service Stars", who won praise with professionalism and sincerity in customer service; the "Technical Stars", who forged ahead to scale new heights and break through bottlenecks in technological research; and the "Progress Stars", who made leaping progress and demonstrated extraordinary growth potential over the year, took the stage in turn. Behind each star lies relentless dedication in countless ordinary days, and epitomizes the close collaboration and united progress of all departments. In his concluding remarks, General Yang extended a special thanks to all teams including production, R&D, sales, operations and logistics for their hard work, and emphasized that it is the convergence of diverse strengths that keeps the gears of Yangong Machinery turning steadily and moving forward continuously.
A large number of participants attended today’s meeting in an enthusiastic atmosphere, with everyone gathering together full of passion and anticipation for their work. During the meeting, representatives from all departments took the floor in turn to share achievements and discuss issues.
